BODY

This temporary site allows FREE access to 100+ workouts during the Covid-19 disruptions. There is something for everyone from high intensity interval training designed to improve strength and fitness fast, dance fitness workouts, the martial arts inspired Body Combat Invincible programme through to mindfulness practices to slow the stream of thoughts that can cause our stress.

To keep your body healthy you should make an effort to not over-indulge on junk food (tempting as it is). Here are some cheap & cheerful recipes from our friends in Healthy UCD that you could try out!

With regular practice, we can achieve a calmer and more balanced life. 

Heartfulness can reveal inner resources and attributes such as resilience, tolerance and a calmer way of being. These attributes become stronger and more permanent, the more we practise. 

This provides us with inner strength to support us in difficult times and situations. There are also many health benefits for our body, mind and spirit.

Now that most of us are studying and working from home and all doing our part in this health crisis to self-isolate, we thought it would be nice to get a bit of community spirit going and to have an afternoon tea / coffee together and some much needed chats and chill time together.
