✅ Take part in free workshops in the Quad Room from 11am: Heartfulness, Yoga, and Laughter Yoga.

✅ Chat to reps from mental health support groups in and out of UCD all day in the Atrium. We will have prizes up for grabs! Come down and find out!

✅ Put together your own mental health first aid kit - think DIY stress ball! Available for the first 100 people down!

✅ Chill in the Blue Room all day in our Safe Space, fully equipped with the latest in cosy blankets, soft pillows and colouring materials.
